A fully-loaded two day model horse show extravaganza in Georgetown, TX just North of Austin, TX! A gala of glamorous proportions, come join the mayhem and don your wintry blues and icy silvers for the first ball of the season!

tiara  **SHOW HALL INFORMATION**

FRIDAY – You can arrive at 2 PM to help set-up, and then claim a table and unpack. You can stay till we are finished setting up, and then we are locking up for supper and sleep!

SATURDAY – Show Hall will open at 7 AM for setting up. We will shoot for starting by 8 AM, but definitely calling the first classes by 8:30 AM.

SUNDAY – Show Hall will open at 8 AM for setting up. We will start classes promptly at 9 AM.

tiara  **CLASS CLARIFICATIONS**

~HALTER – 3 horses per class in all halter divisions, EXCEPT China which has an *unlimited* class entry.

~DOLLAR BUY-IN – this is something fun and popular with my California friends! In Halter *Only*, you may add one horse in a class with s $1 buy-in. You simply put the dollar under the horse when you put him in the class, and I will pick up the dollar before the class starts!

~PERFORMANCE – 2 entries per class

~Will run before China on Saturday
~Entry Fee is $15, payable at the door

tiara  **SPECIAL NEEDS – SEATING REQUESTS**

If you have a special request, please let me know as I will be saving tables during set-up for folks.

tiara  **RAFFLES**

Bring lots of cash!!

They will be drawn Saturday afternoon! You do not have to be present to win, so if you want to send money in ahead of time, if you will only be there on Sunday, please do. If you win you can collect on Sunday, or like Kim said, arrangements will be made if you are not around just please put an email or phone number for contact!

Throughout the show, I will shoot off hobby questions to the crowd! First person to answer correctly – when called upon - wins a prize of their choice – Julia Harmon generously donated a dozen new ones for you lucky contestants!

tiara  **SEEKING DONATIONS - AUCTION & RAFFLE**

Auction and Raffle Items

As with any show, funds from entry fees and generous donations help us tremendously. Looking for raffle and auction items, any and all things will be greatly appreciated.

We will have the gambit of divisions from Plastic and Performance to Artist Resin and China, so all mediums of horse and tack will be well-received :0)

We appreciate any and all donations. Also, sponsorships are available. If you have a favorite Division like Custom Glaze China, or a Favorite Section like Stone Foals, we would welcome your sponsorship donation and your name will be added on the show site next to what you sponsor, and will be announced and on a placard at the show.

Why yes, since you asked! Accompanying some familiar local faces, we have two out-of-town folks joining us! Stay Tuned for their unveiling!

tiara Tags: Front of tags should have only the model's entry number, breed and gender showing (name is optional). See example at right, XXX being your number, 001 being your horse's number. Only this side should be where the judge can see it. Back of tags may have your name and the horse's name so you can ID them. You can look up your show entrant number on the EMCAT web page at http://starhold.150m.com/numbers.htm or ask Daralyn Wallace for one if you don't already have one.
