WEATHER~

Right now it is going to be a sunny 70-72 F to set up on Friday. The temps are going to drop a bit at night and only get to about 60 F on Sat & Sun with the lows being close to freezing at night.

DIRECTIONS~

Yes, we corrected them late last year, but Lynn has made sure the verbiage and the maps are up-to-date, so check them out and have them handy . . . just as a back up in case your Garmin or Nav goes rogue

FRIDAY~

Set-up – 2 PM – you can arrive and help set up, and *after* I assign tables for special needs and those who have two tables, you may choose a table and set-up your horses until I am ready to leave – hopefully about 6-7 PM. We plan on heading over to the Monument Café for supper at that time and all are welcome to come have some good food and pre-show gabbing! If you cannot get there before 6, plan on showing up Saturday first thing to set-up!

OLIVIA's BIRTHDAY ~ No presents required, but there will cake! I am just sayin’ . . . we can indulge a little with my Little Lass who turns 2 today. We will have some food and fun and she will come up for a visit, and we can belt out a round of ‘Happy Birthday’ (yes, that IS required!)

There will also be Hot Coffee provided all day long with proper accouterments, fruit, crackers, cheese, snacks, water and some soft drinks for all to partake along with cake!

LUNCH BREAKS – mom will make a run for the judges and staff. There is a huge shopping center across the highway with everything and a Starbucks, Chipotle, Subway and McDonalds all within 2 miles of the hall.

SATURDAY~

Show Hall will open at 7 AM or when I get there (in case it is 7:03) We will shoot for starting the show by 8:30 AM.

Youth/Novice will begin first – judged by Sue Stewart – so China will start after she finishes this division.

OF Plastic Minis will start about 10 AM to stagger the ring starts a little, since there are so many divisions.

ZUNI~

Zuni will be given away to one lucky shower on SATURDAY! Don't worry if you happen to be a Sunday Only Shower, every shower will have their name in there once, and if you are chosen, you will get your happy picture snapped on Sunday!

Saturday Supper – we do plan on getting a big group together to head back to the Monument Café for supper. For those who did not go with us last year – they have everything from breakfast, to salads, sandwiches, burgers, pork chops, steaks, and all the yummy desserts you can imagine!

SUNDAY~

Show Hall will open at 8 AM and judging will begin at 9-9:30 AM – have an extra hour of sleep or breakfast relaxing.

RAFFLES & AUCTIONS – will be drawn sometime around 2-3 PM Bring lots of cash for lots of goodies!!

We do aim to finish by supper time or before – 4-6 PM (although we have the Hall till midnight) and will have one last supper together somewhere – maybe El Monumento –good local place for Mexican.

That is all for tonight folks!
